Aaliyah Demry

Aaliyah was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and grew up in the surrounding suburbs. Aaliyah has had a passion for storytelling since a young age when she first joined ThreeSixty Journalism in high school. She later went on to graduate from St. Cloud State University with a major in Mass Communications and a minor in Film Studies. Aaliyah kept her hands quite full while in college. She was a producer and host of the talk show "The Culture", and a reporter with news at her school's TV station, UTVS. She also was an intern at KRSM Radio, BLCK Press, MPR News, Twin Cities PBS, and SPEAK MPLS.

Outside of school and work, Aaliyah loves music, seeing big concerts and even local bands in town. She's also always on the hunt for new food recipes and trying new restaurants. Aaliyah says most people remember her from her stylish outfits.
